Meet our first speaker, Daan Luining, Co-founder & CTO of Meatable.

Daan has been working as a molecular biologist on the front of the cultivated meat movement. Together with his team, Daan created the first lab grown hamburger in the world,and has been working on his dream to make cultivated meat a reality ever since. Since the start of Meatable, he raised more than 60 million euros (!!) in funding.
